A seven week online program based on two guidebooks on death and dying.

Course Materials:

Book #1 “The Mirror of Mindfulness” a simple clear teaching on the four bardo’s (life, death, after-death, and rebirth) by Tsele Natsok Rangdrol (learned and accomplished 17th Century Tibetan spiritual master), intended to help face all events during life and death.

Book #2 Advice for Future Corpses, a frank, direct, and compassionate look at dying by Sallie Tisdale (American palliative care nurse) intended to help oneself and others prepare for dying.
